About the Role

GlobalHR Consulting is seeking an asset executive. The Asset Executive will be responsible for managing and controlling company assets. The client is a forward-thinking company specializing in the supply, installation, and maintenance of medical gas systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor asset movement across all locations using Trackabout.
Conduct asset reconciliation and support asset audits.
Oversee asset lifecycle (purchase, inspection, testing, repair, retirement).
Monitor customer assets and ensure return of overdue assets.
Investigate asset loss and implement preventive controls.
Maintain accurate asset records and generate reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics/Operations Management or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in asset management, inventory management, logistics or industrial operations.
Experience with asset tracking systems such as Trackabout is highly preferred.
