Terms of Service

HireHex is a job board platform. We curate and publish job listings across a wide range of industries, employment types, and locations — including on-site, hybrid, and remote positions. Registered users can apply to jobs, save listings, set up job alerts, and manage their application history.

Recruiters and employers may create an account to post job openings directly on the platform, receive in-platform applications, review candidate submissions, and manage a company profile and team.

HireHex also offers an AI-powered CV & Cover Letter Generator to help job seekers improve their application documents. This feature is subject to the additional terms in Section 5.

The platform is accessible via our website and a mobile application. Use of the mobile application is subject to the same Terms.

When you submit an application through HireHex, you agree that:

• All information you provide in your application is truthful and accurate.
• You consent to your application data (name, email, resume, cover letter, phone, LinkedIn, portfolio) being shared with the relevant recruiter or employer.
• You understand that HireHex does not screen applications and is not a party to the hiring decision.
• You will not submit multiple applications for the same job listing with the intent to spam or abuse the system.

Job Seekers may set up job alerts to receive email notifications when new listings matching their chosen criteria are published on the platform. By enabling a job alert, you consent to receiving these notification emails. You can modify or delete your alerts at any time from your account dashboard. We do not guarantee the frequency, timeliness, or completeness of job alert notifications.

Recruiters who use HireHex to post jobs and receive applications agree to:

• Post only genuine, open positions that they have authority to fill.
• Use applicant data only for the purpose of evaluating candidates for the listed role.
• Not share, sell, or repurpose applicant data for any other purpose.
• Comply with all applicable employment, data protection, and equal opportunity laws.
• Delete applicant data when it is no longer needed for the hiring process.
• Not post misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory job listings.
• Ensure that any team members invited to the company account are authorised employees or contractors and are made aware of these Terms.
• Take responsibility for all actions carried out by team members under their company account.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated means.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any other user of the platform.
• Post job listings that are fake, scam-related, or intended to deceive applicants.
• Impersonate any person, company, or entity.
• Upload malicious files or content of any kind.
• Use another person's account without their permission.
• Abuse or attempt to circumvent the AI CV Generator usage limits.
• Use the API or mobile app to access the platform in a manner that causes disruption or excessive load.

All content on HireHex — including the logo, design, code, and platform-curated job listings — is owned by HireHex and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.

Content you submit (such as your resume or cover letter) remains your property. By uploading it, you grant HireHex a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it to the relevant recruiter for the purpose of your application.

HireHex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, the accuracy of any job listing, the output of any AI-powered tool, or the outcome of any hiring process.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to other users or the platform.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
