About the Role
A fast-growing Micro-Finance institution in Accra is seeking a Business Loan Officer for a full-time Field Sales and Business Development Role. This position requires daily client visits and loan recovery activities.
Responsibilities
- Source and onboard qualified clients, business loans solutions and meet established sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Ensure proper completion of loan application and documentation.
- Ensure effective management and maintain a strong portfolio with a quality selection to avoid expiration.
- Ensure repayment rate of 98% minimum.
- Performance-based with defined sales and portfolio quality targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/accounting/business management/economics or any other related field.
